Where we are going to realize one of the last dreams of the founder of this company, building residential houses and condominiums, with energy class A++++, using 100% eco-sustainable building materials.
Another dream is to build small commercial activities on Via Lanzo, the main street of Borgaro T.se where thousands of people pass by every day.

What We Propose
Our proposal includes:
1. Single-family houses: 12 single-family houses will be built with a living area of 160 m2 each. Each villa will be surrounded by a green area measuring between 260 and 380 m2, guaranteeing a pleasant and functional outdoor space for every inhabitant.
2. Commercial Area: The project also includes a commercial area which will extend over 2000 m2. This space will be used for shops, offices and services, offering residents of the neighborhood the convenience of having everything they need at their fingertips, while promoting a vibrant and dynamic local economy.
3. Residential Buildings: Two residential buildings will be built to accommodate a total of 24 homes of various sizes. This variety of dimensions will allow it to accommodate different types of families, guaranteeing a diversified and inclusive housing offer.
Our goal is to create a complete and well-balanced residential environment, where families can find comfort, green spaces, services and commercial opportunities, all within the same area. Our proposal is based on the idea of a lively and integrated community, where quality of life is at the center of every design decision.
These Houses offer a luxury living experience, combining modern comfort with cutting-edge technologies and a sustainable environmental footprint. The main features of these Houses include:
1. Large Spaces and Distinctive Design: The Houses are designed with large internal and external spaces, offering comfort and freedom of movement. The design is carefully studied to ensure captivating aesthetics and optimal functionality, with particular attention to architectural details.
2. Energy Efficiency A++++: All Houses are classified in energy category A++++, guaranteeing high energy efficiency and low environmental impact. They are equipped with advanced thermal insulation systems, highly energy-efficient windows and eco-friendly construction materials to minimize energy consumption.

Here's a reworked vision of what could be accomplished in this space:

From small homes for smaller families, to spacious homes for those seeking large living spaces, the area will be designed to accommodate a variety of living solutions tailored to every need.
2. Commercial Area and Services: The commercial area will be designed to offer a wide range of services and shops, creating a center of activity and entertainment for the residents of the area. From welcoming cafés to refined restaurants, from artisan shops to convenience stores, the commercial area will be designed to satisfy every daily need and offer opportunities for socialization and leisure.
3. Green Spaces and Parks: In addition to the private villas and the commercial area, a significant part of the area will be dedicated to green spaces and public parks.
